Established 2019
Daniel grew up in Atlanta, went to college in Maine, and has had many adventures before meeting Jess.
Jess grew up in Massachusetts and has lived in Indiana and Virginia before moving to Georgia. Before meeting Daniel she had traveled to 39 states and seven countries. Jess has a goal to visit as much of the globe as possible.
We met by chance in 2017 and it's been quite the wild ride full of romance and adventure ever since.
Our ADventures
Our first big adventure was our honeymoon to Spain where we experienced lots of great food and culture. We did an romantic road trip for our fifth anniversary to to Richmond, VA and Washington D.C. There have been many trips of varying lengths and reasons. But we also enjoy eating out and various fun around Atlanta.
Jess had been leery of cruising, but Daniel convinced her. Thanks to family sharing their experience with Disney Cruise Line, we thought it was the line that Jess would enjoy best - mostly for the lack of sensory overload and gambling. The rest, as they say, is history.
Our first Disney Cruise was in November 2021, followed by an epic family cruise (of 12 people!) in January 2023. Our third cruise became legend in September 2023. Weeks apart we used our two placeholders to book a Halloween on the High Seas for Daniel's birthday in 2024 and an inaugural cruise on the Treasure in February 2025. Clearly, we've found a groove.

Food
Both of us were picky eaters as children, luckily, we've grown our tastes since then! Jess loves food shows and has developed quite the discerning pallet and deep appreciation for multiple styles and cultures. Daniel just enjoys food, through hanging out with Jess has started to pick out flavors and learn more techniques. Jess is quite the cook and baker and loves trying new things, despite regularly going back to favorites.
Dogs
We have a long history of being dog lovers. We love our fur babies, as well as the many other pups in our family. It is not unusual for us to see a dog and ask the owner if they are friendly and would enjoy scritches.
