Over the course of the past few months, my husband and I have had some discussion around this site. Mostly, how in planning for our Alaska cruise there are so many sites out there with bad or old information, and triple that of AI video content. I realize that it is hard to maintain content. It’s one thing that I’ve been working on to find a way so that folk know when the content was written or last updated. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
The AI stuff really got under my skin. Do I use AI for many areas of my life? Yes. Have I used it to help me with sections of this site (like our mission\/vision\/etc)? Yes. Do I use it for writing content? No. Do I use it to brainstorm topics for content? No. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
This is my promise to myself and to you. I will never use AI on this site for content. I will also never link to obvious AI content. I am not the best writer, but it is my ‘voice’. Once we start posting video content (we have a lot to get off our phones) you might make the connection better. I’m not the best speaker either – in general, as well as I sometimes stutter or have trouble finding the words I want. Definitely one of the downsides of a large vocabulary, I want to be precise with my words and not use good enough substitutes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n
